Shipping Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

Courier Partner
All orders are shipped exclusively through SPX Express. Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Processing Time
Because all of our products are custom-made, please allow 4–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included in the processing timeline. 

Shipping Time
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time via SPX Express is:

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
  • Luzon: 3–5 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or peak-season volume.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
You may also track your package directly on the SPX Express website using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to correct your shipping information, email us within 24 hours of placing your order at care@thelunaandsol.com

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once the package is handed over to SPX Express, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Tracking information showing "delivered" but not received

For such cases, kindly file a claim directly with SPX Express.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the Philippines only while we continue to improve our logistics and global fulfillment process.

However, if you are located outside the Philippines and are willing to cover all international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees, you may reach out to us directly at care@thelunaandsol.com.

We can assist with a manual international arrangement and prepare a shipment for you on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that:

  • All additional fees (customs, duties, VAT, etc.) are the full responsibility of the customer.
  • International transit times may vary significantly depending on destination and courier availability.
